At Bokarent, we keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free. Every rental includes our comprehensive full coverage package and essential extras free of charge. Please review the terms below to understand what is included in your booking.
Insurance & What’s Included
Included in the Total Price (Free of Charge):
- Full Insurance Coverage: Complete protection with Zero Deductible / Excess (no financial liability for vehicle damage).
- No Deposit Required: Drive off without blocking funds on your card.
- Unlimited Mileage: Explore Montenegro without distance restrictions.
- Free Border Crossing: Valid for Croatia (HR), Bosnia & Herzegovina (BiH), Serbia (SRB), and Albania (AL).
- Free Additional Driver: Register a second driver at no extra cost.
- Free Additional Equipment: Child seats, boosters, and snow chains included upon request.
- Flexible Cancellation: Free cancellation at any time—just send us a quick message.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Round-the-clock help wherever your journey takes you.
Important Notice on Police Reports:
Unlike traditional car rental services, we DO NOT require a police report for minor damages or scratches. A police report is mandatory ONLY if:
- A major accident occurs.
- Another vehicle or third party is involved.
- Anyone is injured.
Insurance Exclusions & Fees (What is NOT covered):
- Off-road driving: Full client liability for driving on unpaved or non-asphalt roads.
- Tires: Damage to tires is not covered.
- Driving under the influence (Alcohol/Drugs): Full client liability.
- Speeding and traffic violations: Full client liability.
- Lost vehicle keys or documents: €300 replacement fee.
- Smoking inside the vehicle: €100 cleaning fee.
In Case of an Accident
If you run into any trouble, damage, or an emergency, follow these steps immediately:
- Stop the vehicle safely and turn off the engine.
- Contact Bokarent support immediately via Phone/WhatsApp.
- Our team will guide you step-by-step through the process.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum Age: 21 years old for all vehicle categories.
- Driving Experience: Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years.
- License Validity: Original national driver’s licenses or certified translations are accepted. International Driving Permits (IDP) are valid only alongside the original national license.
- Authorized Drivers: Only drivers specified in the rental agreement are insured to drive the vehicle.
Vehicle Fleet & Availability
We offer a wide selection of well-maintained petrol, diesel, and automatic vehicles across various classes—from compact city hatchbacks and comfortable sedans to family minivans, luxury SUVs, and convertibles.
Note: Vehicles are booked by category. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent model from the same vehicle class or offer a complimentary category upgrade.
Pick-Up, Drop-Off & Fuel Policy
- Delivery Locations: Free vehicle pickup and drop-off available exclusively at Tivat Airport (TIV) and Podgorica Airport (TGD).
- Fuel Policy (Like-for-Like): The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. If returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged. Excess fuel is non-refundable.
- Fines & Tolls: Traffic, speeding, and parking fines incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Payment Terms
- No Advance Payment: Pay upon arrival when you receive the vehicle.
- Payment Options: We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
