Rental Agreement

1. “Filip car rental” rents the vehicle to the client under the terms stated in this agreement.

2. The client agrees to use the vehicle:
a) For personal purposes
b) The vehicle will be driven by himself or the person listed as additional driver
c) The vehicle will not cross the border without informing the company

3. The client is committed to pay the full agreed amount by signing the contract.

4. By signing this agreement the client accepts it’s terms, rates and content:
a) That the vehicle will not be used for any purpose violating the civil laws, customs, foreign exchange and other regulations, such as giving lessons, transporting or towing other vehicles, trailers, taking part on races or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Otherwise, the client will pay the full amount for all caused damages.
b) That the vehicle will be returned at the agreed date, time and place

5. The client needs to get approval for any extension of the rental period at least 48 hours before the time the vehicle is supposed to be returned.

6. In case of a car breakdown, the client should immediately stop the car and contact “Filip car rental”.

7. Without approval, the client should not change any part or accessory in the vehicle, as well as the tires.

8. The client should allow the authorized representative of “Filip car rental” to check the vehicle and documents.

9. Cost of fuel, parking, traffic fines and violations are the responsibility of the client.

10. In the event of an accident, the client is obligated to stop the vehicle immediately and contact “Filip car rental” and follow the instructions given by the company.
a) The client will not leave the damaged vehicle until it has been removed from the place of accident
b) If there are people injured, the client is obligated to call the police and wait for their arrival and official inspection.

11. The client is obligated to pay a fine of 300eur in case of loosing documents of the car or the car keys.

12. The client is obligated to pay a cleaning fee of 100eur if there is a cigarette smell in the car.

13. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the court in Kotor.
