Rental Agreement: "Bokarent" (hereinafter "Company") rents the vehicle to the client under the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
Authorized Vehicle Use: The client agrees to use the vehicle:
Exclusively for personal transportation purposes.
Driven only by the primary driver or explicitly designated additional drivers named in this contract.
Within national borders, unless prior written authorization for border crossing is provided by the Company.
Payment: By signing this agreement, the client agrees to pay the full agreed rental amount upon vehicle pickup.
Client Obligations & Driving Rules: By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and accepts its terms, rates, and conditions:
The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal activities, custom violations, towing or pushing other vehicles/trailers, driving lessons, motorsport/racing, or driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. Breach of these rules voids all insurance, and the client assumes 100% financial liability for all resulting damages.
The vehicle must be returned at the exact agreed date, time, and drop-off location specified in this agreement.
Rental Extensions: Any extension of the rental period requires company approval at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled return time.
Breakdowns: In the event of a mechanical failure or breakdown, the client must immediately pull over safely, turn off the engine, and notify "Bokarent".
Vehicle Maintenance & Parts: The client is strictly prohibited from modifying, repairing, or replacing any parts, accessories, or tires without prior written authorization from the Company.
Vehicle Inspection: The client must allow authorized representatives of "Bokarent" to inspect the vehicle and relevant documents upon request.
Running Costs & Fines: Fuel expenses, parking charges, tolls, traffic violations, and speeding fines incurred during the rental period are the sole financial responsibility of the client.
Accidents & Damage Procedure: In the event of an accident or collision, the client is required to stop immediately, contact "Bokarent", and follow all instructions:
The client must not abandon the vehicle until it has been properly secured or removed from the accident scene.
If injuries occur or third parties are involved, the client is legally required to notify the police immediately and wait for official police inspection.
Lost Keys & Documents: A fixed penalty fee of €300 applies in the event of lost vehicle registration documents or car keys.
Smoking Penalty: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. An interior deep-cleaning fee of €100 will be charged if tobacco smoke or residue is detected upon return.
Jurisdiction: In the event of any legal dispute arising from this agreement, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court of Kotor, Montenegro.
